Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Massachusetts
• School-based experience strongly preferred, but open to candidates eager to gain experience in educational settings
• Proficient in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among school-age children
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide tailored interventions for students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with state and district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Support students’ communicative competence, fostering growth and confidence in and out of the classroom
