Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Massachusetts
- School-based experience strongly preferred, but open to candidates eager to gain experience in educational settings
- Proficient in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among school-age children
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide tailored interventions for students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Support students’ communicative competence, fostering growth and confidence in and out of the classroom
