LEI Corporation – Landscape Maintenance & Snow
LEI Corporation is hiring Maintenance Crew Members to join our mowing and landscape maintenance teams at our new Billerica location. This is a hands-on, outdoor role for dependable people who take pride in a hard day’s work and want steady employment with room to grow.
Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assist with daily mowing and landscape maintenance on commercial properties
Help with trimming, edging, blowing, and general cleanup
Learn to operate commercial equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
Work as part of a crew to complete routes efficiently and safely
Keep equipment clean and follow LEI safety practices
Support winter operations, including shoveling, plowing support, and sanding
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically able to handle labor-intensive work
Reliable and punctual. Showing up on time matters
Positive attitude and ability to follow direction
Landscape experience is a plus, but not required
