Job Description
Why Join FYZICAL Waltham?
At FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, we aren’t just "another" physical therapy clinic. We are a quality-driven center where you can practice true one-on-one patient care without the burnout of high-volume schedules. We focus on holistic health and specialized rehabilitation to help our community "Love Your Life."
Dedicated One-on-One Care: We prioritize quality over quantity. You will have 40-minute appointments to focus entirely on your patient’s progress and outcomes.
Specialized Technology: Work with our proprietary Safety Overhead Support (SOS) System and advanced vestibular rehabilitation tools that set us apart from standard clinics.
Professional Mentorship: Whether you are a new graduate or a seasoned clinician, we provide a collaborative environment with access to national CEUs and specialized training in balance and vestibular rehab.
Sustainable Work-Life Balance: No weekends and no holidays. Our clinic values your time outside of work, including an early close every Friday at 4:30 PM.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, vestibular, and neurological cases.
Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based interventions and manual therapy.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary mindset to share clinical insights and improve patient results.
Educate patients and their families on long-term wellness, safety, and fall prevention.
Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
Licensure: Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy license (or eligibility).
Clinical Interest: A passion for outpatient care and a strong interest in balance, vestibular, or pelvic floor therapy.
Mindset: A motivated professional who values clinical excellence and treats every patient with empathy and respect.
Competitive Salary: $80,000 – $115,000 (commensurate with experience).
Comprehensive Benefits: Medical & Retirement plans.
Career Development: License reimbursement and access to world-class proprietary training.
Generous PTO: Earned time off plus paid holidays.
