Job Summary
Restaurant Busser
As a Busser, you play a crucial role in supporting our waitstaff and others. Your ability to anticipate the needs of servers and others by clearing and resetting tables, retrieving clean glasses, and restocking beverages is what helps us create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
Responsible for cleaning and setting tables, general table maintenance, and maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment for all staff members and guests. The Bussers assist the restaurant in running efficiently, ensuring the right stock, kitchenware, linens, and all service areas are clean and ready for use. Bussers provide hospitality in a friendly, warm, and engaging environment as they interact with guests. The following list is not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive.

• Provide a warm, friendly, and hospitable environment to the establishment.
• Keeps the restaurant(s) stocked with necessary items like glasses, napkins, silverware, etc.
• Clean up spills, remove glassware, and organize the counters.
• Bringing soiled dishes, glasses, and any other items to the dishwasher and return them with clean replacements.
• Replaces tableware and clean linens.
• Clears and sets tables according to procedure.
• Fill water glasses and serve newly arriving guests
• Performs tasks with speed and efficiency.
• Takes out the trash or recycling throughout the shift (washing hands after handling garbage).

Education, Experience and Other Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
Requires strong experience in interpersonal skills, excellent communications, and strong problem-solving and team player attributes.
Have maturity in judgment.
