Are you ready to advance your scientific career? We are seeking a highly motivated Bioanalyst to join a team performing quantitative bioanalysis of large-molecule therapeutics-including mAbs, ADCs, and fusion proteins-to support drug discovery and early development efforts. Operating out of a state-of-the-art bioresearch facility equipped with cutting-edge ligand binding and automation platforms, you will generate high-quality bioanalytical data for critical pre-clinical studies.

responsibilities:

• Independently plan and execute pre-clinical sample analysis across multiple biological matrices, including tissue lysates and serum.
• Run ligand binding assays (PK, PD, TK, ADA) utilizing Meso Scale Discovery (MSD) platforms.
• Interpret, discuss, and present assay results to guide and adjust ongoing analysis strategies.
• Support method development teams by troubleshooting and developing fit-for-purpose ligand binding assays.
• Perform timely, accurate, and thorough data archiving in ELN and rLIMS systems.
• Actively support day-to-day laboratory operations, shared equipment maintenance, and reagent inventory.

qualifications:
Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Pharmacology.
• Proven experience with ligand binding workflows (ELISA, MSD).
• Ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment independently.
• Proficiency with data analysis software, including Excel and LIMS.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years (MS) or 4+ years (BS) of pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry experience.
• Prior experience independently developing ligand binding assays.
• Experience with laboratory automation equipment.
