Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- CCC-SLP or recent graduates eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) encouraged to apply
- School-based SLP experience preferred, but not required for CFY candidates
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff in a multidisciplinary setting
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for students in school settings
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and collaborate with teachers to integrate therapy goals in the classroom
- Provide consultative support and training to teachers, assistants, and parents on communication strategies
- Foster an inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and growth
