We are a growing construction company seeking a motivated, creative, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping the company expand by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing innovative ideas that drive sales and long-term growth. We're looking for someone who not only understands construction but also brings fresh thinking and strategic insight to help shape our future. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, developers, architects, and other key stakeholders
- Bring creative, strategic ideas to help the company grow its client base and enter new markets
- Understand client needs and communicate our services and capabilities effectively
- Prepare and present estimates, quotes, and proposals tailored to client requirements
- Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and maintain accurate client records
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company
- Collaborate closely with the team
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Represent the company professionally in all client and industry interactions
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, building materials, or a related field
- Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and materials
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (field visits required)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and CRM software
- Base Salary and/or Commission (Based on Experience and Performance)
