Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Position Location: Concord, MA Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12s Days, Flexible Pay: $2499/week Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care for patients with a variety of medical conditions while monitoring cardiac rhythms. The Med Surg/Tele RN will assess, plan, and implement patient care, administer treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective outcomes. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, acute care environment. Key Responsibilities: * Provide direct nursing care to patients on a Med Surg/Telemetry unit. * Monitor, interpret, and respond to cardiac rhythms and telemetry readings. * Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed. * Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions. * Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately. * Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.
