Branch Manager-Flooring Wholesale Distribution

Salary & Benefits:
Compensation: $55-$60K Base, including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; paid holidays; profit-sharing bonus plan; retirement/401(k); and participation in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Job Summary:
Our client, a long-standing and employee-owned leader in the professional flooring solutions industry, is seeking a Store Manager for their North Oxford, Massachusetts branch. This role is responsible for overseeing all daily operational activities and branch personnel while ensuring exceptional customer service for the professional flooring trade. Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all day-to-day store and warehouse operations

• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control to ensure accurate and efficient product flow

• Assist customers with purchases, product inquiries, and order fulfillment

• Handle cash and credit sales transactions with accuracy and integrity

• Supervise, train, and support team members to maintain a high-performing branch

• Maintain strong organization and attention to detail across all operational functions

• Ensure the branch delivers best-in-class customer service to flooring professionals

• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and accountability

• Safely operate a forklift and uphold warehouse safety standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of management experience

• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control

• Flooring industry experience strongly preferred

• Forklift certification required

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently while effectively leading a team

• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office
