Retail Sales Associate
Kforce is partnering with a well-established, privately held organization in the Boston, MA area to hire a Retail Sales Associate for a high-end showroom featuring premium, craftsmanship-driven products. This is a full-time, customer-facing role offering strong benefits and a stable daytime schedule. This role serves as the face of the brand-delivering exceptional customer experiences, building relationships, and guiding clients through premium product selections. - Deliver a welcoming, high-touch customer experience from entry to purchase
- Guide customers through product offerings and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Build relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty
- Maintain visually appealing displays and organized showroom standards
- Accurately process transactions and handle customer inquiries (in-person and phone)
- Support daily store operations, including inventory and merchandising
- Prior retail sales or customer-facing experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with POS systems and handling transactions accurately
- Reliable, polished, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work daytime shifts, including weekends
- Experience in luxury, home goods, or specialty retail
- Interest in design, merchandising, or premium products
