Office Manager / Administrative Assistant
Walpole, MA (Onsite)$25+/hour We are partnering with a client in Walpole, MA to identify an Office Manager / Administrative Assistant. This role will own the day-to-day operations of the site and serve as the go-to person for administration, staff coordination, external communication, and overall office performance. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of administrative experience, particularly an education-based professional looking to transition into a more corporate/operations-focused environment, while still working in a mission-driven, student-centered setting. Schedule & Compensation- Onsite hours: Second/Afternoon shift
- 30–40 hours/week
- Pay: $25+/hour

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration- Oversee daily center operations to ensure a smooth, organized, and professional environment
- Manage scheduling, facility upkeep, supplies, and administrative processes
- Maintain records, reporting, and management systems
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all center activities
People Management & Staffing
- Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training of instructional staff
- Provide ongoing performance support and day-to-day leadership
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture
Family Communication & Service Delivery
- Manage communications, enrollment documentation, and issue resolution
- Build strong relationships with families to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Uphold high service standards and a welcoming front-facing environment
Business & Performance Support
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
- Support enrollment growth initiatives and lead follow-up
- Partner with ownership to ensure operational alignment with business goals and profitability targets
Ideal Background
- 2+ years of administrative, office management, school administration, or coordination experience
- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with strong customer service instincts
- Tech-comfortable (scheduling tools, databases, reporting systems)
- Interested in leadership, team development, and operational ownership
