Location: North of Boston, MA in Wakefield, MA

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually + Annual Bonus

What You’ll Do as a Tax Supervisor:

• Lead and supervise tax engagements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm and professional standards
• Manage and mentor junior staff to build a high-performing tax team
• Review complex tax returns and conduct in-depth technical tax research
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value through tax planning
• Stay current on tax laws and regulations relevant to your clients’ industries

Requirements:

• 5+ years of public accounting experience focused on tax compliance and planning
• Proven experience leading tax teams and managing multi-client engagements
• Strong skills reviewing complex individual and business tax returns

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA license or active CPA candidate status
• Experience with tax software like ProSystem fx Tax, CCH Axcess Tax, and QuickBooks
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
