POSITION TITLE: Recruiter
LOCATION: Massachusetts (2-3 days onsite at our Clinton and Sutton Locations)
COMPENSATION: $55,000 - $65,000+ Commissions/Bonuses

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary focus is on driving recruitment efforts and fill orders, including interviewing, screening, and reference-checking candidates; conducting presents and de-briefs; marketing candidates; and conducting follow-up and quality control checks on all placements to ensure appropriate matching and client satisfaction. You will ensure operational excellence through the provision of quality service to clients, and candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:

• Source, identify, and recruit industrial candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and permanent positions
• Screen, test, interview, and match candidates to clients hiring needs.
• Obtain, review, and input completed forms from each candidate into an applicant tracking system.
• Conduct references, drug screens, and background checks on candidates.
• Present job opportunities to qualified candidates.
• Take job orders and probe effectively for details of job descriptions from clients.
• Participate in job fairs.
• Account management such as payroll, admin responsibilities, tracking attendance
• Handle all employee relations issues with temporary employees.
• Conduct quality control checks with clients/candidates.
• Build ongoing loyalty and relationships with clients/candidates.
• Write job descriptions and post open positions on job boards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years Recruiting experience or 3+ years of Customer Service Experience
• Experience with being held to KPIs/ metrics
• Administrative experience: documentation, time management, scheduling, etc.
• Flexible and comfortable in a quick-paced environment

It would be great if you had these (Not required):

• Experience with high-volume recruiting in Light Industrial industries
• Leadership experience
• Manufacturing, Distribution, or Warehouse experience
