Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Are you a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist Assistant looking to grow your skills in a supportive and innovative outpatient setting? We are seeking a PTA to join our growing Framingham, MA clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians, utilize advanced rehabilitation technology, and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives every day.
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility, restore function, reduce pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. You'll gain exposure to orthopedic, vestibular, balance, neurologic, and geriatric rehabilitation while working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

- Salary up to $75,000 annually based on experience

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality treatment interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients through individualized rehabilitation programs and therapeutic exercises.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Prompt EMR.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout treatment sessions.
- Participate in community outreach events, screenings, and educational programs.
Schedule
- Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities Available
- Monday through Friday
- No Weekends
- Approximately 12 patients per day
- 40-minute treatment blocks
- Majority one-on-one patient care
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- New graduates welcome to apply
