Picture this: a customer calls with a persistent issue. You arrive, evaluate evidence, select a targeted treatment per label and safety standards, and explain a plan that not only solves today’s concern but prevents tomorrow’s. That’s the impact you’ll make as our Pest Management Technologist. After company-paid training, you’ll run a dedicated service route and keep your assigned company vehicle parked overnight at your home so you’re mission-ready each morning.

Your Mission

• Deliver integrated pest solutions by identifying pests and choosing the right treatment to eliminate them.
• Apply materials on schedule, in compliance with label instructions and safety procedures.
• Maintain and properly operate all route-assigned tools and equipment.
• Serve as a problem-solver and advisor—discuss findings, ensure satisfaction, and recommend additional services for a complete pest management program.
• Confirm appointments with call-aheads, coordinate with office staff, and follow your territory route to ensure safe, timely arrivals.
• Document each service thoroughly, using both paper and a provided handheld/mobile device for rapid, accurate recordkeeping.

Physical Realities of the Role

• Work safely on ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access tight and elevated spaces: crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, and rooftops; ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
• Use required PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator when necessary.
• Perform in diverse weather conditions.

Tools, Training, and Process

• Company-paid training prepares you to operate a full service route.
• A handheld/mobile device is provided to accelerate documentation and improve accuracy.
• Written and electronic service records are completed after every appointment.

One Last Detail

• An overnight parking space at your residence is required to house a company vehicle.
