- Base Salary: Our clinicians earn $63,000 per year with a weekly productivity expectation of only 28 billable hours!
- Lucrative Overproductivity Bonus: Want to earn more? You’ll receive $45 for every billable hour beyond the weekly minimum.

Requirements:- Must have a Master’s degree in the human services field (able to diagnose)
- Must be license eligible or independently licensed
- Must be MA CANS certified (before start date)
- Ability to respond to written and verbal communication in a clear, timely, respectful, and effective manner
- Engage youth and families in family therapy, assess and diagnose with DSM-5 diagnoses, and be able to educate families and other team members on diagnoses and clinical needs as indicated
- Must value and demonstrate the ability to work with individuals of various backgrounds, be able to explore family culture, and lead discussions about cultural differences and how they may impact the work
- Utilize agency technology in order to complete documents
- Proficient with Google Workspace
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must have reliable transportation to transport to and within our catchment area
- Approved CORI check
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience working with youth with mental health needs
- Knowledge of mental health diagnoses, community resources, and child/family-serving systems
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking, reading and writing)
