Overview:
Looking for a skilled and reliable Administrative Assistant to support a legal department. This is a part-time, 4-day/week opportunity with consistent hours and great exposure to legal operations. The position offers a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.
This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a reputable company's General Counsel. It is also a very calm office environment for those who don't need chaos.
This has a Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Outlook calendar
- Order and replenish office and kitchen supplies
- Upload contracts into a document system (easy to learn – you will get trained)
- Edit and proofread legal documents
- Use Microsoft Word and PowerPoint regularly
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of administrative experience (calendar management and office assistance)
- Strong attention to detail and editing skills
- Proficient with MS Office tools
