Experience & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of warehouse operations management or distribution center supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory flow, and distribution best practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with employees and customers.
• Experience ensuring compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees or customers.
• Collaborate with management and customers to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Apply warehouse management best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movement.
• Support department activities such as replenishment, order fulfillment, shipping preparation, and inventory‑related tasks to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor workflow in real time and adjust priorities, staffing, and task assignments based on volume and operational demands.
• Delegate work to associates to balance workloads, support development, and meet productivity, accuracy, and service‑level expectations.
• Oversee team operations to ensure projects and tasks are completed on time and within budget.
