Candidate Pay Rate: $52 - $36.4 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic activities and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and document patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active Massachusetts COTA License (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

• Occupational therapy principles and techniques
• Patient care and ADL assistance
• Documentation and progress monitoring
• Patient education and caregiver training
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
