We are looking for an attentive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain customer records and process orders.
• Respond to customer emails with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls to address client needs effectively.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create reports and organize information.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate customer services as needed.
• Process order entries with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required.
• Strong proficiency in answering inbound and handling outbound calls.
• Familiarity with data entry and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Experience in email correspondence with customers or clients.
• Competence in using Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and organization.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
