Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, or groups facing emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges. The therapist will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning
• Educate clients on coping strategies and behavioral techniques
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment as needed
• Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and licensure requirements
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Active state licensure as one of the following (depending on state):
• • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• 1–3+ years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations and demonstrate cultural competence
