Senior Manager SEC Reporting
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Manager SEC Reporting in Boston, MA. Key Tasks:
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statement disclosures in accordance with applicable accounting and regulatory requirements
- Draft and review technical documentation to support complex accounting issues, new standards, and non-routine transactions
- Perform consistency and accuracy checks across all sections of financial reports
- Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of periodic external reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Legal, FP&A, Investor Relations) to gather and validate information for disclosures
- Support internal and external audits by preparing supporting documentation and responding to audit requests
- Provide guidance and training to team members on technical accounting and reporting matters
- Extensive experience in financial reporting, including preparation and review of disclosures
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
- Experience drafting technical documentation for complex accounting matters
