Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new independent and small chain restaurant accounts, as well as opportunities within the hospitality sector. This is a field-based sales role focused solely on new business acquisition—there is no account management component. You will spend most of your time prospecting and meeting potential customers face-to-face. Your success in this role will be driven by your tenacity, ability to work toward and meet goals, and your openness to coaching and feedback. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily field prospecting activities, including cold calls and in-person visits. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Work independently and cross-functionally to develop and execute sales strategies. Continuously learn about products and the industry through training and hands-on experience. Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to accept and apply feedback (coachable). Strong consultative sales skills with an ability to listen and identify customer needs. High level of persistence and motivation to meet and exceed goals. Experience with in-person cold calling and building relationships from the ground up. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with CRM software. Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a personal vehicle for daily use in the territory. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in field sales with a successful record of prospecting, proposing, negotiating, and closing new business. A degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience selling to restaurants or within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
