Job Overview
TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian (Clinical) to provide expert nutritional care to patients in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will assess nutritional needs, develop meal plans, and collaborate with medical teams to optimize patient health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nutritional assessments and create individualized diet plans.
- Educate patients and families on dietary guidelines and nutrition strategies.
- Work with healthcare providers to support treatment plans through nutrition.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust meal plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and dietary standards.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field required.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification required.
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and patient counseling.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
