Salary: $175,000 - $210,000 per year A bit about us: Based in the Boston, MA, we practice at the highest level, with dominant strength in corporate, intellectual property, litigation, real estate and private client. We are actively looking for a Partner specializing in either Corporate, Intellectual Property, or General Litigation with a portable book of business to be in the forefront of cases of first impressions and contemporary issues in the business marketplace. - Active admission to the Massachusetts Bar, or eligibility to waive in
- Prior experience as a corporate associate at a law firm or in-house legal department
- Experience with some combination of the following:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Private equity or venture capital transactions
- Corporate governance and compliance
- Commercial contracts and general corporate matters
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
