Administrative Coordinator - Maintenance Operations
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our maintenance operations. This role is responsible for managing work orders, coordinating with vendors, communicating with tenants, and ensuring all maintenance processes run efficiently from start to finish.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Review, triage, and manage incoming work orders
* Communicate with tenants to gather details and provide updates
* Coordinate vendors, request quotes, and schedule repairs
* Track and follow up on pending work orders to ensure timely completion
* Review invoices and close out completed work orders
* Manage unit turns, including inspections, scheduling repairs, and tracking completion dates
* Maintain accurate documentation across systems
* Prepare daily and weekly reports and support maintenance meetings
