- Drive Sales: Promote and sell personal training packages to new and existing members.
- Lead by Example: Set and achieve personal sales goals while guiding your team to do the same.
- Team Management: Hire, train, and mentor a team of certified personal trainers.
- Performance Oversight: Track KPIs, manage budgets, and oversee session and payroll metrics.
- Enhance the Member Experience: Create a welcoming, results-oriented environment that motivates members to reach their goals.
- 2+ years of experience in personal training sales
- Previous management experience or demonstrated leadership potential
- Strong interpersonal and goal-setting skills
- Passion for fitness and a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Local to Cambridge or able to commute reliably
- Solid base pay + uncapped commission + monthly bonuses that’ll make you smile
