Food & Beverage Supervisor

The Verve Hotel Boston Natick Tapestry Collection by Hilton is seeking aFood & Beverage Supervisor responsible for supervising and coordinating food and beverage service in hotel outlets and banquet operations. This role supports the Food & Beverage Manager and Banquet Manager to ensure exceptional guest service adherence to operational standards and efficient daily operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant lounge and banquet service staff
• Manage daily shifts and oversee outlet and banquet functions
• Assist with training mentoring and evaluating team members
• Ensure service standards cleanliness and appearance guidelines are maintained
• Handle guest interactions and resolve concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
• Support administrative duties shift reports and departmental meetings
• Enforce cash handling and closing procedures
• Maintain high visibility during service periods

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel food & beverage setting
• Outlet and banquet experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand walk lift (3550 lbs) and perform physical duties required in a hospitality environment
• Strong communication leadership and guest service skills
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions and use point-of-sale systems
