This is not your typical front desk job. As a Membership Advisor, youll be on the gym floor, connecting with members, giving tours, and helping people take action on their fitness goals. This is a sales-focused role inside a fast-paced, high-performance environment. If youre competitive, confident, and want to grow in the fitness industry, this is where you start. WHAT YOULL DO:
Greet every member and guest with energy and professionalism
Lead gym tours and convert prospects into members
Drive membership sales and hit weekly goals
Book members into SPARK Sessions with our training team
Handle member questions and create a strong first impression
Support a clean, organized, high-level facility
Execute opening and closing procedures WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
