What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain GMC and Cadillac vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Utilize GM diagnostic tools and technology to efficiently identify and resolve vehicle concerns
• Perform warranty, maintenance, and repair work with accuracy and attention to detail
• Complete multi-point inspections and communicate findings clearly
• Stay current on GM service procedures, recalls, and technical updates
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
• Deliver the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an automotive technician required
• GMC, Cadillac, or General Motors dealership experience strongly preferred
• GM certifications highly preferred
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Experience using electronic diagnostic equipment and service information systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• High school diploma or GED required
