RN - LPN Weekends 3-11 Shift

About the Role:

As an RN or LPN , you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and ensuring a safe and efficient delivery of care. You will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, and will be required to possess a valid MA RN or LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting vital sign checks

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Provide education and support to patients and their families

• Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions of care

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate of $35 - $43

• Possibility of per diem hours available on all three shifts

Requirements:

• Valid MA RN or LPN license in good standing

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting

• Certified in CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS)

• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds

• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
