Travel Speech Language Pathologist Job

TLC Healthforce
Great Barrington, MA
Embark on a transformative journey as a Speech Language Pathologist in Massachusetts, with a focused travel assignment in the scenic town of Great Barrington. Starting 02/23/2026, this role guarantees 35 hours per week and offers a competitive weekly pay between $2,411 and $2,613. This is more than a placement—it's an opportunity to advance your clinical practice, broaden your professional horizons, and make a meaningful difference in diverse patient populations. You’ll gain exposure across settings while enjoying the distinctive charm of New England. This assignment also supports your professional development through access to evidence-based training, supervision, and opportunities for continuing education.

Great Barrington sits in the Berkshires, offering outdoor beauty, seasonal foliage, and a vibrant arts scene. If you enjoy nature and culture, you’ll find ample inspiration for compassionate, patient-centered care. The program also provides the option to work in various locations across the U.S., delivering broader clinical exposure and the chance to build a diverse resume while maintaining the structure of a scheduled assignment. The Berkshire region provides access to top-rated schools, clinics, and healthcare facilities, with urban amenities within a comfortable, scenic drive.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will conduct evaluations and deliver therapy across speech, language, fluency, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing. You’ll develop evidence-based plans, monitor progress, and adjust goals to meet each patient’s needs. Collaboration with other therapists, educators, physicians, and families will be central to care continuity. You’ll document outcomes in electronic health records, ensure privacy compliance, and participate in multidisciplinary teams. There are ample opportunities for growth—expanding diagnostic skills, refining treatment approaches, and gaining experience across settings. Benefits include a signing bonus, housing assistance, and extension opportunities. A dedicated 24/7 support team will assist you as you travel, helping with scheduling, placements, and on-site needs so you can focus on patient care. You’ll apply family-centered care principles, leverage evidence-based practice, and, when appropriate, utilize telepractice to reach clients who benefit from remote sessions.

Our program emphasizes a holistic, patient-focused approach, paired with meaningful supports designed to help you thrive. In addition to a competitive weekly pay, you’ll have access to a signing bonus and housing assistance designed to ease relocation and travel life. We also offer extension opportunities, giving you the option to lengthen your assignment if you find the right fit and the need aligns with your professional goals. Travel can be demanding, but you’ll never be alone: a dedicated team provides 24/7 support to travelers, helping you navigate scheduling, placements, and any on-site challenges with a quick, compassionate response.

The company’s values center on empowering our clinicians, investing in career advancement, and fostering a collaborative, supportive work environment. You’ll receive ongoing mentorship, access to professional development resources, and opportunities to assume greater responsibility as you demonstrate expertise in your specialty. We’re committed to creating inclusive, respectful workplaces where your ideas matter and your professional growth is a priority, with pathways to leadership and expanded clinical roles as you excel.
