Senior Accountant

- Direct all complex billing processes, ensuring accuracy across multiple funding streams and managing grant tracking, reporting, and compliance.
- Lead the day-to-day financial operations, including fixed asset accounting, payroll oversight, and managing a rigorous monthly and annual close.
- Drive cash flow forecasting and financial projections while collaborating with operational teams to budget for long-term maintenance and capital projects.
- Oversee purchasing and accounts payable, continuously identifying opportunities to automate workflows and strengthen internal controls.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, ensuring successful annual filings through meticulous account reconciliations and documentation.
- Standardize financial policies and procedures to ensure the seamless transfer of critical institutional knowledge and process continuity.
