At Chick-fil-A Chicopee, as the Hospitality Concierge Team Member you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impression on the guests, working to win their Heart, at every moment by creating moments of Joy. Maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room, performing table touch-ins and refreshing beverages, and looking for ways to elevate their dining experience. Enhance guest dining experience by offering personalized table service, suggesting desserts or additional menu items, and/or taking their order from the comfort of their table. At Chick-fil-A, we want our guests to be served fresh food in a clean, warm, and inviting environment. Position Type:
• Full-time and Part-time
Hours
• The ideal candidate would be available between the hours of:
- 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• With the option of working additional hours, supporting other areas of the restaurant.
