Overview

The Product Manager for Instants Game Management defines and executes the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned applications within the IGM suite. This role ensures lotteries can effectively manage Instant Ticket lifecycles and retailer operations by translating customer needs into actionable requirements and directing Product Owners throughout implementation. The Product Manager partners closely with Product Engineering and Technology teams to deliver high‑quality, user‑focused releases and communicates product updates clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned Instants Game Management applications, documenting product requirements and reviewing requirements created by Product Owners.
  • Manage the feature backlog and roadmap while partnering with Product Owners and Product Engineering on requirements and release planning.
  • Provide input to Product Owners, Product Engineering, and UI/UX designers on mock‑ups and wireframes, ensuring an optimized user experience, and approve final user acceptance testing for new features and functions.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager and Technology teams to ensure software is built according to agreed‑upon scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Engage with customers to understand business needs; analyze, document, evaluate, and prioritize requirements; and make informed solution recommendations.
  • Immerse in new business areas to quickly develop domain expertise through proactive research and rapid learning.
  • Lead communication of product releases to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Qualifications

  • Business Expertise
  • 5+ years of relevant experience (product management, engineering, lottery operations, instant ticket marketing/operations).
  • Lottery marketing or operational experience strongly preferred. Problem Solving

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $74,961 - $164,800. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
