Our client, a dynamic player in the retail industry, is seeking a Merchandising Shipping/Receiving Associate to join their team. As a Merchandising Shipping/Receiving Associate, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the operational excellence of the store. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Merchandising Shipping/Receiving Associate

Location: Woburn, MA

Pay Range: $22

Shift: 1st Shift, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

What's the Job?

• Maintain and support Will Call operations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stock the sales floor to create an inviting shopping experience for our customers.
• Organize the warehouse to ensure ease of locating products efficiently.
• Assist in the physical inventory process to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Demonstrate exceptional levels of service for both internal and external customers.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and paperwork.
• Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned.
