Survey Crew Chief

DGT Associates, New England’s premier surveying and civil engineering firm, is seeking a Survey Crew Chief to join our Boston, Framingham, or Worcester office. The Survey Crew Chief will utilize their talents in the field for our commercial, municipal, institutional and other clients. We are offering a full-time position with ample opportunity for advancement and career-building within an industry-leading organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and execute survey projects for a variety of clients, including construction managers, municipalities, utilities and institutions
• Serve as chief of survey crews across projects to oversee and monitor data collection and work in the field
• Provide consultation to partners in engineering, architecture, law, real estate and more
• Deliver high-quality client service

Requirements for this position include:

• BS degree in Surveying/Geomatics or survey-related field
• PLS preferred or SIT with sufficient experience
• 4+ years of field and office experience
• CAD skills required; Carlson Survey experience preferred
• Effective verbal and written communications skills
• Positive, solutions-oriented attitude
