Training of Full-Time & Part-Time associates in areas of store relationship building, product knowledge, and selling skills.Communicate with support team within assigned District to address support issues/discrepancies, determine the appropriate mode of communicating depending on nature of the issue.Conduct employee evaluations & performance reviews. Identify succession candidates to support future business growth.Work with various internal software programs to ensure work is scheduledReview all incoming associates to ensure they have completed training and their training completion is designated in the systemPartner with management, HR and other ASM departments regarding any related issues.Qualifications:Bachelor"s Degree or equivalent experience in Retail Management required3-5 Years of experience in retail management, with hiring, managing part-time employees, demonstration or even marketing, results reporting, inventory, merchandising and training experienceSupervising Skills, to include Delegating Responsibility, Training, & Evaluating Performance; Ability to Direct, Lead, & Develop PeopleStrong Prioritizing SkillsAbility to Work Effectively with ManagementThe salary range for this role is $50,000-$55,000.
