Procurement Specialist

Sales & Marketing Procurement is looking for a curious, organized and digitally confident team player to support partnerships with internal teams across the LEGO Group. You’ll help improve day-to-day ways of working, organize shared knowledge, and use AI t to turn manual tasks into simpler processes.

Through this work, you’ll support procurement activity in areas including media, creative advertising and production, retail, trade marketing, events, PR, consumer insights and global marketing activations. It’s a chance to build practical experience across a wide procurement landscape while helping the team explore, test and improve new ways of working.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support Sales & Marketing Category Management and Sourcing & Procurement Operations through planning, coordination and follow-up
- Develop and maintain category sourcing plan templates, rate cards, business continuity planning materials and shared team resources
- Organize and update the Sales & Marketing Procurement knowledge library so colleagues can easily access useful content
- Partner with Finance Business Partners to update business intelligence dashboards, including business unit and global category analytics
- Coordinate administrative support for global sourcing projects, productivity reviews, buyer actions and the team learning agenda
Do you have what it takes?
- Experience in digital content marketing
- Understanding of the Consumer & Retail Marketing
- Consumer packaged goods background is a plus
- Understanding of Large Language Model tools like Claude and ChatGPT and how to leverage them effectively in day to day tasks that are currently being done in manual ways
- Strong Communication and story telling skills, the ability to interact with confidence with individuals at various levels
- Have the innate capability to proactively lead and resolve multiple complex problem/conflicts
- Understanding and experience with full Microsoft office suite of products including but not limited to MS Excel, MS Word, MS SharePoint

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $75,436.00 - $113,154.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
