Job Description

As Digital Solutions and Automation Specialist you will be hands on, business-focused, applying AI, automation, and digital technologies to real world marketing, sales, and training challenges.

You will focus on designing AI-driven workflows, automations, and digital experiences that improve lead generation, customer engagement, sales enablement, and training delivery.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and build AI-driven workflows and automation solutions for marketing, sales, and training operations.
  • Identify process gaps and operational inefficiencies, then develop scalable solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Evaluate where automation creates value versus where human interaction is more effective.
  • Use data, reporting, and user feedback to improve workflows over time.
  • Enable AI-driven lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Automate marketing workflows including lead routing, campaign follow-up, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Improve marketing campaign execution and digital customer engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve responsiveness, scalability, and personalization through AI and automation.
  • Work directly with sales teams, distribution partners, contractors, and customers to understand workflow challenges and business needs.
  • Gather feedback, identify process breakdowns, and recommend practical digital solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between business teams and digital capabilities.
  • create scalable digital learning and enablement experiences.
  • Enhance LMS, sales enablement, and customer engagement platforms.
  • Track engagement metrics, KPIs, and user adoption trends.
  • Define business requirements and support roadmap development for digital solutions.
  • Develop insights and recommendations using business data and analytics.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 3–5+ years experience in automation, AI tools, digital platforms, marketing technology, or sales enablement systems.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments supporting sales and/or training organizations
  • Hands on experience building workflows, automations, or AI-enabled business solutions
  • Strong understanding of workflow improvement and business operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into scalable digital solutions
  • Understanding of HVAC systems (heat pumps, air conditioning, etc.) preferred
  • Strong leadership skills: setting and tracking KPIs, driving team performance and overseeing daily trainer activities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both in-person and virtual delivery

Additional Information

Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is between $105,000- $115,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. This range does not include annual bonus percentage nor any other monetary considerations for the total compensation package. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.

Pay ranges included in the postings, when included, generally reflect base salary; certain positions may include bonus, or additional benefits.
