Manufacturing Operator I
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate computer-controlled manufacturing equipment and production machinery.
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections according to specifications and requirements.
- Complete manufacturing tasks following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP guidelines.
- Accurately record production data, quality inspection results, and training records.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and support machine operations.
- Maintain compliance with company, safety, ISO, FDA, and regulatory requirements.
- Work in a cleanroom environment while following gowning procedures.
- Perform measurements using inspection tools and gauges.
Skills:
- Manufacturing and production operations experience.
- Machine operation experience preferred.
- Cleanroom experience preferred.
- Computer-controlled equipment operation.
- Basic mechanical and computer skills.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Inspection and measurement skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Basic math skills including calculations with decimals and percentages.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 0-3 years of experience in Production, Operations, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
- Experience in GMP or regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience with medical products manufacturing preferred.
- Precision machining experience preferred.
- Experience with equipment such as Citizen Lathes, Haas Grinders, Sunnen Hone, Centerless Grinders, or Fanuc Robotics preferred.
