Full Stack Engineer

As a Full-stack Developer, you will contribute across backend and frontend layers, designing and implementing product features while enhancing existing modules. Your technical knowledge will be essential in building scalable solutions and ensuring a seamless user experience. 

What you'll do

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into balanced backend (Java) and frontend (React.js) components. 
  • Participate in system and feature design discussions, contributing to architecture and robustness improvements. 
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality features end-to-end. 
  • Troubleshoot and debug both server-side and client-side code to ensure optimal performance and usability. 
  • Support collaboration with customer-facing groups to understand needs and incorporate relevant feedback, ensuring alignment with user expectations while not directly owning customer interactions.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

You’ll do it using:

  • 4–6 years of full-stack development experience, including hands-on backend work in Java and frontend development in React.js. 
  • Experience in developing performant and scalable applications. 
  • Familiarity with both monolithic and microservices architectures. 
  • DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) – an advantage. 
  • Experience working with AI-driven development tools (e.g., AI code generation, automated refactoring/testing assistants) – an advantage. 
  • Agile mindset with practical experience in Scrum development cycles. 
  • Ability to work effectively with distributed/remote engineering teams.

  • Demonstrating clear communication and collaboration skills across backend, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Bringing a pragmatic, structured approach to technical problem-solving.
  • Balancing innovation with reliability, code quality, and maintainability.
  • Maintaining strong development discipline while supporting feedback loops with internal stakeholders.

Salary Range: $125,000-$165,000 USD
