Memory Care Program Director (Reflections)
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Stoneham, MA

About the RoleThe Memory Care Program Director leads our Reflections Memory Care neighborhood, overseeing daily operations and creating engaging, meaningful programming that maximizes quality of life for residents. This role partners closely with families and leads the team with compassion, accountability, and excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the Reflections community (care, nutrition, cleanliness, staff support, and activities)
Build strong relationships with residents and families through trust and communication
Plan and implement engaging programs (spiritual, educational, cognitive, social, wellness, etc.)
Encourage resident participation and adapt activities to increase engagement
Recruit, train, and supervise activity team members, entertainers, volunteers, and vendors
Publish monthly activity calendar and newsletter
Assist with sales/marketing efforts to support community growth and occupancy
Coordinate community outings and events (includes van outings)

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and knowledge of Alzheimer’ s/dementia/dementia related aging and disability issues.
- Must have 1 year experience working with elders, in home care, assisted living or skilled nursing facility settings
Must have demonstrated experience by education and/or experience in developing recreational programs
Must meets Registry of Motor Vehicle requirements as an approved driver
