- The role of Clinical Liaison is to deepen existing relationships with current referral partners and create new referral partnerships wherever there are opportunities.
- The Clinical Liaison is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships.
- The Clinical Liaison should look for opportunities to promote the agency, maintain and enhance the brand image, and reputation.
- The Clinical Liaison should research market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive and current.
- One of the most important things to focus on is building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, their families, and the communities we provide services in.
- This could be within assisted living, independent living community, and memory care communities. Long term care facilities, in residential communities, and even rehabilitation centers or hospitals.
- The Clinical Liaison should report on sales and marketing performance regularly to the owner of the agency. This will ensure they are addressing the goals the owner has for the growth of the agency.
- The Clinical Liaison should provide community and referral partners with education. Through offering educational talks, participating in community healthcare educational opportunities with local councils on aging, and senior care communities.
