Operations Assistant (Billerica, MA)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team and assist our management staff with a variety of essential daily and weekly tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys contributing to the smooth operation of office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide support to the Controller, Production Planner, and Production Coordinator.
· Accurately input data into the company system.
· Print customers’ shipping labels.
· Process customers’ shipments.
· Match vendor invoices with receivers.
· Enter vendor invoices into the company system.
· Manage tasks related to filing, printing, copying, and scanning documents.
· Assist with various other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
· Positive, team-oriented attitude.
· Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
· Ability to follow instructions and efficiently complete routine tasks.
· Prior administrative experience is preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
· Minimum of an Associate's Degree or High School Diploma with at least two years of relevant experience.
