To excel in the role of a Registered Nurse at Comfort Home Care, you must possess a diverse skill set. From conducting initial and ongoing assessments to determine a client's medical requirements and level of functioning, to coordinating services and communicating changes effectively, your ability to initiate and perform nursing interventions will be crucial. Collaboration with patients, families, healthcare providers, and community resources is key in planning care and discharge procedures.

Additionally, your proficiency in preparing detailed clinical notes and ensuring timely submission of all required paperwork in line with agency policies will demonstrate your commitment to delivering high-quality care. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

RN provides initial and ongoing assessments to identify the client's medical needs
level of functioning and ability to communicate and learn.
RN initiates the plan of care
necessary revisions
and performs OASIS assessments at appropriate time points when applicable.
RN Initiates and performs appropriate nursing interventions.
RN coordinates services
informs the physician and other personnel of changes in the client's condition and needs.
RN collaborates with patient /family and other health care providers and/or community resources with planning of care and discharge.
RN Prepares clinical and progress notes and submits all required paperwork in a timely manner according to agency policy and procedure.
