What You’ll Do:

• Deliver a top-notch customer experience through phone, email, and online communication.


• Connect with customers to understand their needs and introduce them to our new and pre-owned vehicle lineup.


• Work with the BDC Manager and sales team to track and follow up on leads in our CRM.


• Complete daily phone calls and internet lead follow-up assignments.


• Cross-train on inbound/outbound sales prospecting and internet lead handling.


• Stay up to date on the latest Honda products, features, and accessories.


• Participate in product training, sales meetings, and dealership events.


• Represent Route 128 Honda in community activities, supporting local programs and families with special needs.


• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required.


• Strong reading, writing, and presentation skills.


• Ability to handle math related to sales, commissions, and finance terms.


• Confidence in interpreting and following verbal, written, and diagram-based instructions.


• A clean driving record & valid driver’s license.
