Bilingual Sales Coordinator
Sherwin-Williams, a global leader in the paints and coatings industry, is currently seeking a Bilingual Sales Coordinator to enhance sales operations across our diverse international markets. In this role, the successful candidate will effectively coordinate sales activities and support a dynamic sales team by leveraging their fluency in multiple languages to facilitate communication and improve service delivery to global customers. This position is integral to implementing sales strategies and achieving market penetration objectives specifically tailored to the needs of the professional, industrial, commercial, and retail sectors.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve objectives within established timelines.
- Manage and maintain client relationships across international markets, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
- Support sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, data entry, and handling customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the availability of products and alignment with market requirements.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and analysis for management review.
- Facilitate communication between team members and clients by translating and interpreting documents and conversations as needed.
Required Skills
- Fluency in at least two languages (English and one additional language preferred).
- Strong organizational, coordination, and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
