The Warehouse Truck Driver is a key team member and contributor that helps manages the day-to-day operations of their specific region of responsibility which includes supporting cross functionality for field and office personnel. The basic function of the Driver is to manage shipping and receiving of inventory, fleet management, and technical equipment support for the region.
What will you do?
- Drive and/or be a passenger in a 20' non CDL delivery box truck (2) drivers required for deliveries
- Completes all required documentation and administrative tasks.
- Responsible for loading and unloading freestanding equipment at customer sites.
- Positioning and set up of equipment inside customer facilities as needed.
- Complies with all company policies, practices, and procedures.
- Maintains a productive, professional relationship with all TSS personnel.
- Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $26.00 - $35.00 hourly
(Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with industry data.) - Medical, vision, and dental insurance

How will you get here?
Education and Experience
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Requires relevant customer service, delivery, and driving experience.
- A combination of education, training and related experience may meet requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Familiarity with Boston and Eastern Massachusetts roadways.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in delivery driving or courier services preferred
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision by employing effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual tasks.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record. CDL license a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge/ability is a plus
- Common Hand Tools required
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
