Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements following US GAAP
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, CAM, and tax accounts
- Process property-related journal entries, acquisitions, and dispositions
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and lender compliance reporting
- Support tax filings and year-end audit preparation
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-5 years of property accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar accounting software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros)
